How to Tag Content

Tagging is an easy way to encourage others to read relevant content and actively involve them in the conversation.

To tag users on search results and content cards:

  1. Navigate to Search

  2. Choose the content you wish to comment on from the search results

  3. Click on the chosen content card to open it

  4. Click on the Three-Dot icon 3 dot menu.pngat the top right corner of the view to reveal a dropdown menu

  5. Select ”Comments” from the menu options

  1. Enter your comment in the sidebar that has appeared on the right and tag another user using the @ symbol

  2. Press Enter or click the arrow Arrow.png in the comment box

Your comment with the tag will be added to the content and visible to all users, and users who you tagged in the comment will receive an automatic notification.

To tag users on Research Projects:

  1. Navigate to Search

  2. Choose the Research Project you wish to comment on from the search result

  3. Click on the chosen content card to open it

  4. Click on the Comment icon Commenting - research projects.png in the top right corner of the view

  5. Enter your comment and tag another user using the @ symbol in the sidebar that has appeared on the right

  6. Press Enter or click the arrow Arrow.png in the comment box

 

Your comment with the tag will be added to the content and visible to all users, and users who you tagged in the comment will receive an automatic notification.
