Viewing document details from within Document Preview is a quick and easy way to find essential information about your document, including the document owner, categories, and description.

To view the document details from your Document Preview:

Go to Search

Find and click on the document you want to preview

Click on the information icon
in the top right corner of your preview
The Info panel for your document will open automatically on the right side of your screen. You will be able to view various fields, including:

Title

Description
-
Language
-
Publication Date
-
Author
-
Owners
-
Editors
-
Viewers
Insider Tip:

You will only see document details that the document owner filled out before publishing the document
