How to Save Content from the Document UDV

Saving content from the Document UDV is a quick and straightforward process that allows you to efficiently preserve and store the whole document or a single page.

To save the entire document from within a Document UDV to your Notebook:

  1. Navigate to Search

  2. Type in a term or phrase you want to look for and press Enter

  3. Open the document you want to preview

  4. Click on the Three-Dot icon 3 dot menu.png at the top right corner of the view to reveal a dropdown menu

  5. Click "Add to"

  6. Choose Notebook to save it in your Favorites or in your collections

Your document will be automatically saved for later use.

 

To save a single page from a Document UDV to your Notebook:

  1. Open the document you want to preview

  2. Click on the Three-Dot icon 3 dot menu.png next to the page you want to share from the left-hand side page previewer

  1. Select “Add Excerpt to”

  2. Choose “Notebook”

The excerpt from your document will be automatically saved in your Notebook for later use.
