Filters are helpful tools you can use in the Knowledge app that help you find the Knowledge Zone(s) most relevant to your research.

To use the filter feature in your My Knowledge area:

Go to the Knowledge app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Go to any tab where you want to search for a Knowledge Zone: all Knowledge Zones, only your subscribed Knowledge Zones, or specific Knowledge Channels

Click on the “Filters” button in the top right corner, next to the search bar
A sidebar with available filters will open on the right side.

Select the values relevant to your search
Your selected filters will be immediately applied to the Knowledge Zones in the active tab.
Your selected filters will be visible as chips at the top of the screen.
Remove single filters by clicking on the “X” in the filter chips.
Remove all filters by clicking “Clear All” at the top of your filter list, or clear individual filters by clicking “Clear” next to each one.
