How to Use Filters to Search for a Knowledge Zone

Filters are helpful tools you can use in your My Knowledge area that help you find the Knowledge Zone(s) most relevant to your research.

To use the filter feature in your My Knowledge area: 

  1. Navigate to your My Knowledge area
  2. Click on the Filter Icon  in the top right corner
  3. Select the values relevant to your search

Your selected filters will be immediately applied to the Knowledge Zones in your My Knowledge Area.

Your selected filters will be visible as chips at the top of the screen.

Remove single filters by clicking on the “X” in the filter chips.

Click “Clear All” at the top of your filter list to remove all filters.

Insider Tips:  

  • The filters you see are based on your platform’s taxonomy
  • It is only possible to select one option per filter
