Searching for a specific Knowledge Zone is a direct and effective way to find the insights you need to support you with your work.

You have two options to search for a Knowledge Zone – use your platform’s Search feature or search in the Knowledge area.
To search for a Knowledge Zone using Search:

Go to Search

Go to the Knowledge tab

Enter the title, topic, or keyword for the Knowledge Zone you want to find in the search bar
Your results will automatically display, and you can access the Knowledge Zone by clicking on the content card.

To search for a Knowledge Zone in the Knowledge app:
- Navigate to the Knowledge tab in the left-hand side navigation bar

Click on the Search bar in the top right corner
A search box will appear.

Enter the title, topic, or keyword for the Knowledge Zone you want to find

Press Enter

Apply filters if needed by clicking on the “Filers” button
Your results will automatically display, and you can access the Knowledge Zone by clicking on the content card.
