Sharing an expert news post helps to socialize important news and keep your colleagues and teammates up to date about relevant news.

To share an expert news post:
- Go to the expert news post you want to share
- Click on the Share Icon in the post header
A new window will pop up where you can select the user(s) and/or groups that you want to share with.
- Select the user(s) and/or groups from the “Users, Groups, or Emails” dropdown
- Add a message so your colleagues know why you are sharing the content
- Click the “Share” button
The content will be immediately shared with the selected users who will receive a notification that a news post has been shared with them. The news post will also be saved to the “Shared with Me” section of their Notebook.
Alternatively, you can select “Copy Link” to copy the system-generated link and send it via other mediums like Slack or Teams. The link will only be usable by other users who have access to the platform.
