Sharing an Expert News Feed fosters collaboration by keeping your colleagues and teammates informed about important and relevant news.

To share an Expert News Feed:

Go to the News app from the left-hand side navigation bar

Navigate to one of the News Channel tabs with the Feed you want to share

Click on the Three-Dot icon
to the right of the Feed title

Select “Share Feed”
A new window will pop up where you can select the user(s) and/or groups that you want to share the Feed with.

Select one or more users, user groups, or email addresses from the dropdown list or type the name of the user

Add a message so your colleagues know why you are sharing the content

Click the “Share” button
Your colleague(s) will receive an automatic notification that the Feed has been shared with them and the content will be saved in their "Shared with Me" Notebook collection.
Alternatively, you can select “Copy Link” to copy the system-generated link and send it via other mediums like Slack or Teams. The link will only be usable by other users who have access to the platform.
