Downloading a document from Search allows you to use and store the content offline or to work on it in a different program.

To download content from your search from Answer View:
- Navigate to Search
- Choose the document you want to download
- Click the Download icon in the top right corner of the content card
Your download will start immediately, and you will be able to work with your document offline or with another program.
To download content from within the Document UDV:
- Navigate to Search
- Choose the document you want to download
- Click on the chosen content card to open it
- Click on the Download icon in the top right corner
Your download will start immediately, and you will be able to work with your document offline or with another program.

- The content will be downloaded in the format shown on the Content Card in the search result
