How to Add Content to Notebook from Search

Adding content to your Notebook from Search is a great way to quickly and easily save and share interesting content

To add content to your Notebook from Search, you have two options - drag and drop content directly into the Notebook shortcut or by clicking the Bookmark icon on the content cards.

Option 1 - Add content via the Notebook shortcut:

  1. Navigate to Search
  2. Choose the content card you want to save in your Notebook
  3. Find the "Add Content to Notebook" button in the top right corner of your screen
  4. Click on the Expand Icon to open the Notebook Shortcut
  5. Drag and drop content cards directly into the Notebook shortcut

Your content will be automatically added to your Notebook. A snackbar will appear at the bottom of the screen informing you that the item has been successfully added.

Option 2 - Add content using the Bookmark icon:

  1. Navigate to Search
  2. Choose the content card you want to save in your Notebook
  3. Click on the Bookmark icon in the top right corner of the content card
  4. Select "Add To" 
  5. Choose "Notebook"

Your content will be automatically saved in your Notebook.

Insider Tips:

  • When adding content using the bookmark icon, you can choose to add saved content to your "Favorites", your "Reading List", or any Collection you have created
