How to Ask DeepSights a Question Based on a Personal File

 

Uploading personal files to DeepSights allows you to easily bring documents from your computer and ask focused questions based exclusively on that content. This feature streamlines your workflow, saves time and effort, and helps you stay focused on what truly matters.

 

To upload a personal file to DeepSights:

  1. Click on Upload button Personal upload (1).png within the question bar on the left side

A new window will appear, prompting you to upload your document or select a recently uploaded one.

  1. Click on the upload area to select the document

  2. Select the needed document from your computer

Alternatively, you can drag and drop your document directly into the designated upload area.

Your document will be uploaded, allowing you to ask questions focused on its content.

You can delete the file by clicking the Attachment button within the question bar.

  1. Type in a question

  2. Click “Enter” or a Arrow button Enter button ds.png

The answer will be generated based on the content of the uploaded file.

You can review and rate the answer, copy it, view potential watchouts, and see the relevant pages.

You can view questions focused on your uploaded personal files in the “My Activity” tab, where they will be displayed with an Attachment icon Attachment icon.png next to them.

 

You can view all the files you have uploaded and reuse them to ask new questions.

To view your uploaded files:

  1. Click on “My activity” in the top right corner of the view

  1. Navigate to the Uploads tab

All your uploaded files will be displayed in this view.

Here, you can ask a new question based on the uploaded files, as well as download or delete them.

  1. Hover your cursor over one of the files

Possible actions will appear on the right side of the file tile.

  1. Click the Download icon Personal upload - download file.png to download the file to your computer

  2. Click the Trashcan icon Delete personal upload.png to delete the file

  3. Click “Ask question“ to initiate a new question focused on this file

You can also view your recently uploaded files by clicking the Upload button Personal upload.png on  the left side of the question bar.

Insider Tips:

  • Do not upload documents including sensitive or private information without authorization

  • You can upload up to 100 personal files

  • You can upload files in PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, and PPTX formats

  • The files should not be larger than 20MB

  • Your personal uploads are private and visible only to you

  • Uploaded files will not be automatically deleted

  • You cannot generate a report for answers based on uploaded personal files

  • If the content of the uploaded file is of poor quality and an answer cannot be provided, you will be prompted to ask another question or upload a different file
