What Are Personal Shortcuts?

Personal Shortcuts allow you to quickly save important pages or content directly to your homepage, giving you convenient, one-click access to the resources you use most.

Initially, you may see bookmarks shared by the Experts in your organization. You can review these bookmarks and decide whether they are important to you. By keeping or replacing them with your own shortcuts, you can customize your homepage for quick access to the content that saves you the most time, enhancing your overall efficiency.

Click on the “Create Shortcut“ button to create up to 5 bookmarks.

Click “More” in the top right corner of the widget to open the “Links” tab in the left-hand navigation bar, where you can view your Personal Shortcuts and all Quick Links.

You can collapse this widget if needed by clicking the Upward Arrow icon Collapse bookmarks.png next to the widget title.

 

Insider Tips:

  • You can add up to 5 shortcuts. To add a new one after reaching the limit, you need to delete one of the existing shortcuts.
