How to Collaborate on a Knowledge Zone

Collaborating on a Knowledge Zone allows you and your colleagues to work together to deliver curated insights to your target audience.

To collaborate on a Knowledge Zone: 

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone 
  2. Add team members, if needed 
  3. Upload or add content to the Knowledge Zone 
  4. Close the browser when you are done 

Each change you make will be saved automatically and available upon the next login for all team members.

  • You can invite agency partners as well as internal colleagues to collaborate in Knowledge Zones - the users only need to have a user account
