How to Add Content to the Current Activity Area of a Knowledge Zone

Using the Current Activity tool lets you actively search for and save content specifically for use within the Knowledge Zone.

To add content to the Current Activity area when working on a Knowledge Zone: 

  1. Open a new or existing Knowledge Zone
  2. Navigate to another area in your platform like Search or News – be sure not to close the tab or your browser
  3. Find the content you want to add to your Knowledge Zone
  4. Click the Add to Notebook Icon in the top-right corner of any piece of content or drag and drop onto the “Add Content to Current Activity” shortcut in the top-right of your screen

The content will be immediately added and saved in your Current Activity area.  

Return to your Knowledge Zone – still being sure not to close the tab or your browser – to start working with your newly saved content.



Insider Tips: 

  • Only users with specific permissions can create and edit Knowledge Zones
  • When working on a Knowledge Zone, the usual “Add content to Notebook” shortcut in the top-right of your screen is replaced by default by the “Add content to Current Activity” shortcut
  • Current Activity content is visible to all Knowledge Zone owners
