How to Navigate your Knowledge Zone Inbox

Your Knowledge Zone inbox gives you a holistic overview of all your Knowledge Zones, including all relevant project information, which makes finding specific Knowledge Zones quick and easy.

Navigate to your Curate Knowledge inbox. You then have three options to find and open a Knowledge Zone from your inbox - browse your inbox, use the Search function, or use filters.

To find a Knowledge Zone by browsing:

  1. Scroll down the list of existing Knowledge Zones to find the one you are looking for
  2. If the Zone does not appear on the first page, use the page numbers and arrows in the bottom right corner to navigate to the different pages
  3. Click to open any relevant Knowledge Zone from the results

To use the Search feature in your Curate Knowledge inbox :

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass Icon kc_search.png  in the top-right corner
  2. Type in the name of the Knowledge Zone you are looking for
  3. Click any relevant Knowledge Zone from the results to open

To search using filters:

  1. Click the filter icon kc_filter_icon.png in the top right corner to open the left-hand filters panel
  2. Click on the down arrow next to a field of interest to open relevant filter options from that field
  3. Tick a checkbox to apply a filter

Your filters will be immediately applied and you can open your desired Knowledge Zone by clicking on it.

To remove the filter, click on the checkbox again or click “Clear” above it.



Insider Tips:

  • Use the Gear Icon kc_gear_icon.PNGin the top-right corner to add, remove, or rearrange your column headers
  • Click on any column header (e.g., Name, Start Date) to sort results in ascending or descending order
  • Export your results by clicking on the Three-Dot Icon kc_three_dot_icon.png in the top-right corner of your inbox
