How to Search for a Report

Searching for a recurring report lets you find and access all the reports that have been published under a single reporting umbrella and provides you with an overview of key reporting information like the report owner and the publication frequency.

To search for a report: 

  1. Navigate and click on your Reporting navigation

You will see one or more titles that do not have dropdown menus. These are the Overview Pages of a reporting framework.

  1. Click on the title of the area where you want to search

You will be taken to the Overview Page and there will be a search bar in the center of your screen.

  1. Enter a search term, e.g., the title of the report or a theme
  2. Press Enter

A list of relevant results will be displayed.

  1. Click on the report you want to view

You will be taken to that Report Wave within the Report Container. You can review the report. You can also visit the Report Overview page or see other waves of the report.

To view the Report Overview: 

  1. From within a report wave, click on the Panel Icon in the top right corner of the screen

The Report Overview panel will open on the left.

  1. Find and click on the Report Overview section

From this view, you will be able to see key information like a general description, the publication frequency, and the categorizations which tie to the filters in Search.

To view additional Report Waves: 

  1. From within a report wave, click on the Panel Icon in the top right corner of the screen

The Report Overview panel will open on the left.

  1. Find and click on the wave you want to view

The wave will load in the main panel of your Reporting area.
